Nyetimber Copse
Welcome to the website of Nyetimber Copse Residents Association.
Nyetimber Copse is a residential estate on West Chiltington Common, West Sussex.
The Residents Association was formed by the developer and house owners, when the first houses were constructed, in order to manage the ongoing maintenance of the common areas after the developer had completed all works.
Our purpose is to maintain the communal parts of the estate, principally the privately owned road surfaces, trees, verges and surface water drainage.
NCRA holds an Annual General Meeting to elect Association’s committee to continue these functions.
